The APEX Growth System is a digital product with instant delivery. Once purchased, the files are immediately accessible and cannot be "returned." By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Refunds are only granted in specific, limited circumstances outlined below.

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of the APEX Growth System are considered final once the files have been delivered. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal.

We encourage all potential buyers to carefully review the product description, included materials, and FAQ section on our website before purchasing.

Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: You did not receive the files after purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the delivery issue within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product. Only the duplicate charge will be refunded.
  • Corrupted files: The delivered files are corrupted or unreadable, and replacement files provided by our team did not resolve the issue.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the content or methods described
  • Failure to achieve expected results
  • Not following the protocol as instructed
  • Inability to open standard PDF files on your device
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase

Required Documentation

All refund requests must include the following. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

  • Your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A detailed description of the technical issue encountered
  • Screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the problem

We reserve the right to request additional information before making a decision on any refund request.

Refund Process

Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 5–10 business days.

All refund decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy. We actively contest all chargebacks and provide full transaction records, delivery confirmation, and download logs as evidence to payment providers.

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently blocked from all future purchases and may be reported to fraud prevention databases.
