Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy. We actively contest all chargebacks and provide full transaction records, delivery confirmation, and download logs as evidence to payment providers.
Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently blocked from all future purchases and may be reported to fraud prevention databases.
